The aim of the school is to help children to grow into refined citizens in an traditional Indian environment.
This is hoped to be achieved through the development of : -
- Integrated personality through intellectual, moral and physical development
- Qualities to enable children adopt themselves to their environment through a forum of self-expression and group interactions;
- Self confidence and leadership skills through Participation and involvement in extra/co-curricular activities.
- The school aims at helping its students grow up as balanced human beings so that they may play their part in all aspects of life and towards the country's development. The student should develop healthy habits
and acquire sporting temperament, growing equally in body, mind and spirit.
With these aims in mind the school curriculum was divided under five headings :-
- Academic work
- Creative activities
- Physical activities
- Co-curricular activities
- Training in responsible behaviour
The various subjects of study: English, Hindi, Sanskrit, history, Geography, economics, Mathematics, General Science, SocialStudies, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Commerce, Accounts, Environmental Science,
Moral Science, Computer Studies, Drawing & Painting, Handicrafts, Music & Dance etc. Special courses in Physical Training, Drill, Athletics, Karate, Gymnastics, Boxing and various games form an
integral part of the school activities Medium of Instruction and Syllabus: Medium of instruction is English and the school provides education to both boys and girls for a
12-year course as under: Classes I to IV Junior School Classes VI to VIII Middle School Classes IX to XII Senior School The Syllabus of Inter State Board for Anglo-Indian Education if followed up
to class VIII. The school is affiliated to the council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi under the 10+2 pattern. Moral and Religious Instruction:
Moral instructions are imparted to the students of all classes. As desired by
the Founders, teaching of the Indian culture is an essential part of the school curriculum.
